“Have nothing in your home that you don’t know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” – William Morris
The last couple of days has been spent getting the apartment (and myself) ready for a new semester, which meant switching rooms, moving furniture around, cleaning, fixing and re-organizing everything. In my new room, the closet space is half of what I used to have, so I had to make some compromises, give away some clothes to the Salvation Army and buy a new clothing rack for the rest of it. It doubles as a screen of sorts, to block the neighbors view of our bedroom (the outwards-facing wall consist of floor-to-ceiling windows).
So happy with the way this turned out. Love it.

Mr.Morris was right. I’m in desperate need of cleaning here and throwing all the garbage I’ve been accumulating.
love the baskets.
have a nice sunday maren!
i need a winter selection of books to entertain my grey days in Germany… any recommendations?!
I would recommend reading up on the novels that are coming to the big screen this year. Cassandra Clare’s series Mortal Instruments. Beautiful creatures (don’t remember the authors’ names). Great Gatsby. :)
