Summer is here!

Hello world! Since last we spoke I’ve relocated to Norway for the summer, and already finished my first week of this summer’s mandatory “I need to work to make money to survive”-period. This year, like last year and the year before that and the year before that, I’m working for the hipster-section of the local newspaper, covering everything and anything local and cool. Life-saving and eye-opening articles like “13 reasons why you should have a summer fling” and “Missing! Where’s the Captain Sabertooth-popsicle hiding?“

When I’m not trying to puzzle out new click-bait articles to feed the masses, I’m enjoying the sun and Norwegian summer in town or at our summer house. Norwegian summer has so far been sunny and cold, and filled with delicious food. For the first time in my life I’m working at an office from 9 to 5, and it feels new, and weird, and really nice. I still think I prefer the freelance/home office kind of life, but this is definitely a nice change!
