Tanning at Lanikai, watching the windsurfers play outside Kailua Beach, reading a couple of chapters of Shantaram, listening to Jonathan Johansson (as I’ve been doing for weeks), eating fresh fruit for breakfast & fresh fish for dinner (mahi mahi), singing Mele Kalikimaka, making plans for next semester and taking pictures of surfers. That is my life at the moment. And I couldn’t be more pleased. This feels like a good way to end the year, and start refreshed come 2012. Considering it might end with the end of the world I am thinking 2012 might be a busy one. Hopefully.

Lucia: not really sure yet, trying to figure it out as we speak. :)
Hey! I found your blog recently and Im loving it! You take stunning pictures. Can you tell me if you used effects on these pictures so they look more vintage, I don’t know how to explain it! they seem different. Please let me know, I’m super curious
Antonio: I simply change the color balance in photoshop. Adding more blue and cyan to the shadows, and then some more yellow on the light. Then I created another color balance-layer and added some red to the shadows/dark parts. And voila !
Thank you so much Maren :) That sounds complicated lol I’ll try to learn it though. I work with Aperture but I guess it’s time for me to buy Photoshop. Once again, thanks
