Interrupting my usual self-centered musings to share my 4 favorite instagrammers (as of right now). I am always looking for new people that can offer me some carefully designed and meticulously picked trinkets from their everyday lives, and these 4 certainly do.
Ken Lee (@seoul_stateofmind) is a Londoner based in Seoul. When I found out that I was moving to Korea I immediately started looking for great instagrammers from Seoul. I always do this whenever I am traveling somewhere new, mainly because instagram can be a great resource when looking for things to see, places to eat, coffee shops to hang out at and parks to visit. Ken also has a blog, and posts beautiful photos of Seoul that inspire me to discover new sides of my new hometown.
June Digan (@junedigann) is a relatively new addition to the list, but a fantastic one at that. A graphic designer who specializes in making words look beautiful, she is inspiring me to take up drawing again.
Patagonia (@patagonia) reminds me of the fleece pull-overs and caps I used to wear as a kid back in the 90s. Their instagram however, makes me want to go hiking, skiing, sailing and exploring. A nice reminder to get out of the city and feel the elements up close.
Foodhunters (@_foodhunters) is run by two family friends of mine from Kristiansand. About a year ago they switched to a vegan lifestyle, and on their instagram they share the fun and colorful sides to being vegan. Had it not been for my love of Korean BBQ, I might be tempted to make the switch!
Who are your favorite instagrammers?
I love Kyle Kuiper, Sezgi Olgaç, Stijnoviech and Bob Sizoo on Instagram. Their photo’s are amazing!
Love your favorites too!
Never heard of any of these, but will check them out right away! Thank you!
